Chloé Pinot is the CEO of ‘Pinot Chocolatier’, a confectionary Modern, stylish, high quality, expensive, and exclusive brand of chocolates and pralines. She specialises in Dark chocolate (plain, with additional ingredient, creams and a touch of other flavours. She studied in France and gained a Pastry diploma by ‘Le Cordon Bleu’ in Paris.
In Belgium Pinot finished her internship Pierre Marcolini atelier institute, and became Oriol Balaguer’s assistant in Barcelona, Spain; until she earned a chocolate master’s diploma from The Chocolate Academy ‘Callebaut’. Her dream of opening her store and an atelier in Paris, France has finally come true.
